Love should not cage

Anything in excess is a poison

And love by no way is an exception.

Growing possessive, love severs the tie.

Caged, the beloved wants to flee.

The dove that you keep and feed

Must move about at its ease.

It will come back, liking you,

And if not, it is not yours.
