Brothers and sisters are
let out
At birth to set out on a
race
To run fast in growth
and progress.
They run with no concern
for the trailers.
The strong one might
help the weak one
But not to the extent of
overtaking.
They show their real
colour at last
When their parents are
no more
And when the partition
is over.
Be happy if you’re born
single.
